CS202-DMX-1SS
The CS202-DMX-1SS high performance closed cycle cryostat has an all stainless steel vacuum shroud along with a welded stainless steel instrumentation skirt.
This system is capable of achieving vacuum levels of 10-7 Torr with an appropriate vacuum system. The lower vacuum reduces sample surface contamination, such as water molecules, which can be particularly detrimental to IR spectroscopy.
The nickel plated copper radiation shield provides a durable, low emissivity finish, ideal for reducing radiant heat load in low temperature experiments.
The CS202-DMX-1SS is powered by our DE-202 series closed cycle cryocooler. This liquid helium-free cryostat uses a pneumatically driven Gifford-McMahon cycle to extract heat from the system.
